1)We as a company do not accept Returns nor Exchange , because of sanitary reasons. All sales that are made are final you can’t cancel and your item once you’ve place an order.
2) If any products you receive are damaged due to manufacturing, we will take full responsibility and take care of it once we have received evidence of the damaged product, as we take great pride in our packaging and services.
3) We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. Once we drop off your packages at the post office, it is no longer in our hands therefore once you receive your tacking number please try to stay alert. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as it not our responsibility if something goes wrong.
4) Order may take 2-4 Business Days to ship we are not responsible if your shipping is delayed due to “COVID-19)”.As we mentioned once your order is shipped off at post office it is out of our hands.
